We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours from our Toronto HQ. If there is a delay for any reason, we will let you know by email. During peak times (public holidays, promotions, Black Friday & Christmas) orders may take slightly longer to reach you than the time frames listed below:

DUTIES & TAXES

 

1. USA

There will be NO additional costs (import duties and tax charges).

2. AUSTRALIA, SINGAPORE, JAPAN, NEW ZEALAND

There will be NO additional costs (import duties and tax charges) upon delivery for customers from the countries listed above. If you have been requested to pay additional costs mistakenly, please do not reject the parcel but email us: service@ericajewels.com with the request details, and we will assist you further.

3. REST OF THE WORLD 

There may be duties, taxes or handling fees incurred on your shipment. These charges will be the customers' responsibility. Tax and custom charges is dependent on your country law & regulations. If required by local authorities, the postal company may reach out to you for more information such as tax ID for customs clearance.

EricaJewels cannot advise on these charges as customs vary from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Please be assured that even after duties or taxes, our prices are still the same or lower than retailers. 

Lost Of Package 

For parcels that are shipped with tracking & insurance, any lost or damaged parcels can be claimed through their corresponding shipping provider.

For parcels that are shipped with NO tracking & insurance (Canada Post Regular Mail), we are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels with no tracking & insurance.

ORDERING&PAYMENT

Click on the item you wish to purchase, select your preferred colour, size, length,and quantity. Proceed to add item(s) to your shopping cart.

To see all your orders, click on “My Cart” at the top right hand side of the page.Proceed to enter your address and delivery details to check out.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You also have the option to pay with Shop Pay, PayPal, AfterPay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

If you need to cancel your order please email returns@ericajewelstoronto within 2 (two) hours of purchase. After this period we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order due to our packaging and shipping processes.

If you realize these types of errors on your final order, then please email service@ericajewels.com ASAP.

If your order hasn't been shipped, our fulfillment team will do their best to make the switch. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be corrected in time.

Delivery

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Canada regular mail orders won't show tracking updates in between transit.

Canada Xpresspost, US orders and all International orders are trackable.

Please ensure that you enter the correct email address upon checkout, otherwise, you may not receive the order and shipping confirmation email.

All EricaJewels packages are shipped from Toronto, Canada.

Please refer to the following instructions:

1. Look for a pickup notice card left by the courier

2. Check with your neighbors, friends and family members living at the same address

3. Contact us at service@ericajewels.com

This may be because:

1. Parcel is left unclaimed at the post office after a stipulated period.

2. Address is incomplete.

3. Address is incorrect.

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent out again.

If you do not wish for the package to be resent, or you choose to refuse your parcel for any reason, you will receive a partial refund (excluding shipping fees and $4 processing fee). The refund will be processed upon our receipt of the returned parcels.

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. We cannot guarantee that your address will be changed to the correct address in time. Please email us at service@ericajewels.com

Once orders are shipped, we are unable to change delivery addresses/orders or reroute deliveries. We are not responsible if you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Please make sure all your shipping details are correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address will incur an additional shipping charge if they are reshipped.

An order confirmation and shipping confirmation are always sent to the email address or phone number that was used at checkout. They often times end up in the spam folder, so please check there if you have not done so already. We frequently get asked this question by customers who entered a mobile number at checkout, instead of an email address. In this case, please check your texts, as an order and shipping confirmation text will always be sent.
