EricaJewels pays much attention to item quality and shipping service to bring you a better shopping experience. But in case you are not satisfied with the item 100%, we make this policy to better serve you for return or refund. If you are not completely satisfied with a Ericajewels purchase for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below. 

Return or Refund Condition

If you are simply not satisfied with the design or made the wrong size choice for the jewelry, please contact us, and we will process your request within 1 business day. Please make sure the item is unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in its original packaging.

Final Sale Items

Final sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.  These items are indicated as final sale on our refund page here: 
Any items purchased on sale are non-refundable, these include items which were purchased with gift cards or promotions. 
Any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable. 
Gift cards are non-refundable.

How Long Can I Request a Return or Refund?

1.For customers from the USA, Canada and United Kingdom
We offer a 30-day return or refund guarantee. It can ensure that our customers have the full time to receive the parcel and offer return or refund requests.
2.For customers from the rest of the world
We offer a 60-day return or refund guarantee. It can ensure that our customers have the full time to receive the parcel and offer return or refund requests.

Return and Refund Process

First, please complete the Returns Form. Alternatively, email us with the order number, item image and the reason for returning. Our email is: service@ericajewels.com. Your refund request will be processed within 1 business day. Please review the return process below:
For United States Customers:
Your refund request will be processed within 1 business day. Once your refund request is approved, you will be sent a return label which you can affix to your return and drop off at the USPS post office. 
 $8 USD will be deducted from your refund for the return label. 
Ship with our return label - $8 USD
  1. Download and print the returns label.
  2. Pack all the returned itemsand attach the return label on your package. You can use the package the items arrived in or another package if you prefer.  Please ship your item within 7 business days of receiving the label, once 7 days has passed your label will be void. 
  3. Take it to an authorized USPS drop-off location and ship.
  4. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and a refund will be issued within 1-2 business days.
For Canada Customers: 
Your refund request will be processed within 1 business day. Once your refund request is approved, you will be sent a return label which you can affix to your return and drop off at the Canada Post office. 
 $10 CAD will be deducted from your refund for the return label.

  1. Download and print the returns label.
  2. Pack all the returned itemsand attach the return label on your package. You can use the package the items arrived in or another package if you prefer.  Please ship your item within 7 business days of receiving the label, once 7 days has passed your label will be void. 
  3. Take it to an authorizedCanada Postdrop-off location and ship.
  4. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and a refund will be issued within 1-2 business days.
For International Customers:
Your refund request will be processed within 1 business day. Once your refund request is approved, you will need to go to the courier of your choice and ship your return package.
Ship with your own return label
  1. Securely pack all the returned items. You can use the package the items arrived in or another package if you prefer.
  2. Go to your courier of your choice to ship your return package.  We recommend you ship your package with tracking, so that you can trace it's progress.  Shipping cost incurred during the refund process are non refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please use the following address as the return address:Ericajewels 8 Tilbury Ct, Brampton, ON L6T 3T4,Canada
  1. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and a refund will be issued within 1-2 business days.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over 60 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.

ORDERING&PAYMENT

Click on the item you wish to purchase, select your preferred colour, size, length,and quantity. Proceed to add item(s) to your shopping cart.

To see all your orders, click on “My Cart” at the top right hand side of the page.Proceed to enter your address and delivery details to check out.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You also have the option to pay with Shop Pay, PayPal, AfterPay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

If you need to cancel your order please email info@ericajewels.com within 2 hours of purchase.

After this period we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order due to our packaging and shipping processes.

If you realize these types of errors on your final order, please email info@ericajewels.com ASAP. If your order hasn't been shipped, our fulfillment team will do their best to make the switch. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be corrected in time.

Delivery

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Canada regular mail orders won't show tracking updates in between transit.

Canada Xpresspost, US orders and all International orders are trackable.

Please ensure that you enter the correct email address upon checkout, otherwise, you may not
receive the order and shipping confirmation email.

All EricaJewels packages are shipped from Toronto, Canada.

Please refer to the following instructions:

2.Check with your neighbours, friends and family members living at the same address

This may be because:

Parcel is left unclaimed at the post office after a stipulated period

Address is incomplete

Address is incorrect

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent out again.

If you do not wish for the package to be resent, or you choose to refuse your parcel for any reason, you will receive a partial refund (excluding shipping
fees and $4 processing fee). The refund will be processed upon our receipt of the returned parcels.

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. We cannot guarantee that your address will be changed to the correct address in time. Please email us at info@ericajewels.com.

Once orders are shipped, we are
unable to change delivery addresses / orders or reroute deliveries. We are not responsible if you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Please make sure all your shipping details are correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address will incur an
additional shipping charge if they are reshipped.

An order confirmation and shipping confirmation are always sent to the email address or phone number that was used at checkout. They often
times end up in the spam folder, so please check there if you have not done so already. We frequently get asked this question by customers who entered a mobile number at checkout, instead of an email address. In this case, please check your texts, as an order and shipping confirmation text will always be sent.

Your return must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date.

Please read and understand the product
descriptions carefully before purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to choose the correct gauge and length, and to be aware of any allergies they may have to certain metals used in jewellery. As we are unable to
know your personal and individual sensitivities, we accept no liability for any metal allergies or irritations that may occur as a result of wearing our jewellery.

If you believe you have received a defective item, contact us at info@ericajewels.com with the email @titled “Defective Item Received - [Insert Order ID]”.

Together with this e-mail, please provide us with your Order ID and a clear snapshot of the defect followed by a detailed description of the defect.

Upon receiving your email, our CS will assess your situation on a case by case basis. As a guideline to assist our decision
making, we will consider compensation for items which fall at least 6 days since your parcel was shipped.


For example, if your parcel was shipped on March 1st, you have 60 days (March 1st - May1st) to qualify for some form of compensation either by replacements or store credits.


Please note that any personal damaged done to the item in question will not qualify for any compensation. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Items who have exceeded the 60 day grace period, will not be
entitled to any form of compensation as we believe any damages occured after, will be the customers responsibility.

Together with this e-mail, please provide us with your Order ID and a clear snapshot of incorrect product received.
