EricaJewels pays much attention to item quality and shipping service to bring you a better shopping experience. But in case you are not satisfied with the item 100%, we make this policy to better serve you for return or refund. If you are not completely satisfied with an EricaJewels purchase for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below. 

Return or Refund Condition

If you are simply not satisfied with the design or made the wrong size choice for the jewelry, please contact us, and we will process your request within 1 business day. Please make sure the item is unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in its original packaging.

Final Sale Items

Final sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.  These items are indicated as final sale on our refund page here: 
Any items purchased on sale are non-refundable, these include items which were purchased with gift cards or promotions. 
Any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable. 
Gift cards are non-refundable.

How Long Can I Request a Return or Refund?

At EricaJewels, we’re aiming to provide you with the best quality products and worry-free customer service. That is why we’ve made the return process super easy! If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return and Refund Process

Email us with the order number, item image and the reason for returning. Our email is: info@ericajewels.com. Your refund request will be processed within 1 business day. Once your refund request is approved, you will need to go to the courier of your choice and ship your return package. Please use the following address as the return address:

You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and a refund will be issued within 1-2 business days.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over 60 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.
1.For customers from the USA, Canada and United Kingdom
We offer exchanges through our return portal within 30 days of purchase. It can ensure that our customers have the full time to receive the parcel and offer exchange requests. 
2.For customers from the rest of the world
We offer exchanges through our return portal within 60 days of purchase. It can ensure that our customers have the full time to receive the parcel and offer exchange requests.
